Criteria for adding information to the MRC

Our goals for the Client side of the MRC are to: 

  1. Have 85% of the key information that 85% of our new clients need to know to take action where they are right now in their business journey.  Concise, pragmatic, actionable “just in time” information. Not general or “just in case” information.

  2. As little information as possible in total and in each section so it is easy for mentors to find and use.

How do we manage this?

  • Each new piece of information must pass the first Goal to be added.  

  • If new information is better than existing information, we will retain links to the obsolete information for two months, but will remove the information from the website display (clients who already have the links can use it for two months).  

  • We will have a tighter screen in areas where we already have rich information and a lighter screen in areas where we have little or no information.

  • We will generally not add highly specialized or one off information as it does not pass our first goal
